Alder Myadze’s Updates

Important Reminder

January 10, 2022 4:12 PM

Please join me for a virtual neighborhood meeting on Green Street Development Group's development proposal for the Raemisch Farm at 4150 Packers Avenue at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11.

You can join the virtual meeting using your computer, smartphone or tablet, or you can listen in via telephone. Here is the zoom link.

We'll be joined by representatives from Green Street and Madison City Planning Staff. This is a critically important issue for the Northside and I've convened this meeting to help ensure residents, neighbors, and others interested have the opportunity learn about the proposal and ask questions that are on their minds.

Green Street has submitted a proposal that would build 96 single-family homes on 29.1 acres; multifamily housing on 12.3 acres; townhomes on 3.9 acres; commercial uses on 5.3 acres along Packers Avenue; a private park on 1.5 acres; public wetlands on 8.1 acres, and a forest preserve dedicated for parks or a school on 3.3 acres.

I hope to see you Tuesday night. If you cannot attend the meeting, please contact me with questions or comments at 608-571-7342 or
