Recording of Neighbors for Community Safety on August 11th

Thank you to everyone who attended the Neighbors for Community Safety event on August 11th. It was wonderful to work with community organizations, advocates, the MPD, and others to organize this meeting. We appreciated the Mayor's attendance and look forward to more outreach, conversation, and action in the future. For anyone who could not be there, below is a link to a video of the meeting. I hope it can be shared far and wide, including by the Community Centers in the district so we are reaching all residents on the Northside. The gun violence that has plagued our country and our city cannot be ended overnight: it will take all of us a community, working together, to champion the solutions.
