Streets Division Snow Update from December 15
All City streets will be plowed today (December 15) starting at 7:00am. (Here’s a link to the plow update – if you don’t get the plow update emails I encourage you to sign up for them.)
Police and Fire Commission: The Police and Fire Commission meets virtually on Monday, December 12 at 5:30 PM. Items on the agenda include the introduction of Robert Copley, the Independent Police Monitor, and status updates regarding hiring/recruitment from MFD and MPD.

The City is working with the U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT), Amtrak, and other stakeholders to capitalize on the greatly increased federal funds to expand intercity passenger rail and to bring Amtrak service to Madison.

You should not place yard waste and leaves out for collection again this year. You are no longer guaranteed that the material will be picked up.
