City Office Closures on January 2, 2023
Since New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday this year, City administrative offices, including the Common Council office, will be closed on Monday, January 2, in observance of the holiday. Emergency services

Streets Division drop-off sites also closed
In observance of the New Year’s Day holiday, the Streets Division will not be performing trash, recycling, large item, or other solid waste collections on Monday, January 2, 2023.

The Streets Division provides two rounds of curbside collection for Christmas trees.
The first round will begin on January 3, 2023.
The second and final round begins on January 17, 2023.
Both collections are weather dependent as snowstorm
Snow Plowing Update
Citywide plowing operations will begin at midnight tonight. Up until that point, Streets will be circling through the main routes plowing and sanding them as needed.
