Former Brennan's site redevelopment meeting follow-up

Many thanks to the 70 or so folks who came out last week to learn more about the proposed redevelopment of 5533 University Avenue. There was great participation and many good questions and comments.

The slides presented by the developer are available at this link. You can also view the developer's submittal to the city on my previous post.

The proposal will be reviewed by two city committees, the Urban Design Commission (Nov. 22) and Plan Commission (Dec. 4). Public comment is welcome at both meetings. You may also submit written comments to me if you wish, and I will ensure they get to the commissions. A report with recommendations from city staff will be released the week before the Plan Commission meeting and made available at this link.
