Canceled Office Hours and Other Meeting Reminders

January 27, 2020 11:14 AM

Due to a family emergency, I will not be able to hold office hours tomorrow and will have limited availability this week. I will publish February's office hours next week. In the meantime, if you have an issue I can help with feel free to send me an e-mail: district19@cityofmadison.com

I wanted to also post a reminder about two important community meetings this week. I may not be able to attend these meetings, but I encourage you to share feedback with me. I will work on getting the presentation information from both of these meetings posted on my blog.

Tonight - Westgate Mall Redevelopment Plan Meeting

You're invited for a presentation of the planning context and preliminary concepts for JT Klein Company's redevelopment plans for Westgate Mall. This project, to be located next to Hy-Vee on the corner of S. Whitney Way and Tokay Boulevard, will include housing, retail and restaurants.

Monday, January 27, 2020, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Midvale Elementary School Cafeteria

502 Caromar Drive, Madison, WI 53711

This will be the first of several meetings to discuss this upcoming project.

Thursday - Madison Yards at Hill Farms Project Meeting

Proposed Specific Implementation Plans
Thursday, January 30, 2020 - 6:30 p.m.
Covenant Presbyterian Church, 326 S. Segoe Road

You're invited to a neighborhood meeting where we will hear about proposals to develop portions of the Madison Yards at Hill Farms property on the former Wisconsin Department of Transportation building site on Sheboygan Avenue. All are welcome.
