Revised 5133-5237 University Avenue on 4/27 Plan Commission Agenda

Degen & Associates' Mixed-Use Redevelopment project at 5133-5237 University Avenue (formerly Perkins site) will be in front of a virtual Plan Commission meeting on Monday, April 27. 

There have been some changes to the project since the neighborhood presentation in October and the original application earlier this year.
