July 30, 2020 11:56 AM

Front of Proposed 5201 Old Middleton Road

For those you who weren't able to attend last night's virtual meeting on the proposed redevelopment of 5201 Old Middleton Road, here is a copy of the presentation given by the development team.

The development team is Flad Development & Investment Corp, Vierbicher, The Bruce Company and Knothe & Bruce.

The development, as proposed last night, is expected to include 50 residential units (13 studio, 19 one bed, 7 one bedroom and den, 11 two bedroom), ~1400 sq feet of commercial space, 57 underground parking spots and 4 surface parking spots.

Last night's meeting was the first step in the development process. The developer is expected to formally file their application on September 2, 2020. The application is expected to go in front of the Plan Commission on October 19, 2020.
