Virtual Meeting for Development Proposal at 5602 and 5606 Schroeder Road

July 13, 2022 10:09 AM

Alder Matt Phair and I invite you to join us for a virtual neighborhood meeting on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 6:30pm, where we will hear about JD McCormick Properties' development proposal for 5602 and 5606 Schroeder Road (the corner of Schroeder Road and the Beltline). The existing structures would be demolished, and a new, four-story, 81-unit multi-family building would be constructed. The proposal calls for a combination of underground and surface parking.

You can join the virtual meeting using your computer, smartphone, or tablet, or you can listen in via telephone. You will receive login information after registering at www.cityofmadison.com/MeetingJuly21Schroeder.

If you can't attend the meeting, we will be posting the recording and the presentation, as well as dates of public hearings in the future.

Any questions, let us know.
