    Remodeling of Fire Station 2 on Grand Canyon Drive is underway! Thanks to the advocacy of many of you, the badly-needed refurbishment of Station 2 is in progress today rather than being postponed until next year.

  • Reminder: Old Middleton on-ramp closes Monday posted July 20, 2012
    The ramp from eastbound Old Middleton Road on to University Avenue will be closed for two weeks starting Monday, July 23. The detour is Whitney Way, however, I would recommend avoiding Old Middleton entirely if you can. I expect this closure to cause long backups during morning rush.

    There is currently a widespread problem in the Spring Harbor area with no water or low pressure. There is no need to call; crews are already working on the problem (and the emergency line is overwhelmed anyway). Thank you for your patience.
