The city meeting agenda items are open for testimony from the public should you be interested in weighing in. Please join County Supervisor Heidi Wegleitner; Eric Knepp Superintendent of City of Madison Parks; John Reimer, Assistant Director of Dane County Land & Water Resources Dept. and me for a neighborhood meeting where we will hear about options for improving the water quality for swimming at Tenney Beach. Learn about the purpose and use of "deflectors" and "exclosures", the pros and cons of each and the possibilities for employing an enclosure at Tenney Beach. An exclosure is being used at Bernie's Beach (901 Gilson St) so check it out if you have an opportunity to do so. Please come and share your thoughts about the possibility for an exclosure at Tenney Beach.
