Week of December 1 Meetings of Possible Interest to District 2
The week of December 1 has items of possible interest to residents of district 2 at the Ad Hoc Downtown Public Restroom Committee, the Common Council Organizational Committee, the Common Council and a Tenney Lapham Neighborhood meeting regarding a development proposal on the Reynolds crane lot. The agenda items are open for testimony from the public should you be interested in weighing in.  I also appreciate hearing from you on any items on which you have a particularly interest or concern so please send me an email or give me a call.

Also, committees and commissions have an opportunity at the beginning of each agenda for Public Comment on items not on the agenda.  If you have something you want to share with a committee or commission, you can use the Public Comment time to do so.

Please join me for a neighborhood meeting where we will hear about a development proposal by T. Wall Enterprises for the Reynolds Crane Lot, 710 E. Mifflin Street. The developer proposes to construct a new apartment building with approximately 185 units and underground parking for 200 vehicles. There would be a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, and the developer is currently considering whether to also have some three-bedroom units.
