The week of April 13 has items of possible interest to residents of district 2 at the Board of Estimates, the Landmarks Commission, the Landmarks Ordinance Review Committee, the Economic Development Committee, the Alcohol License Review Committee, Langdon Streetscape Improvements meeting and the Downtown Coordinating Committee.   The city meeting agenda items are open for testimony from the public should you be interested in weighing in.  I also appreciate hearing from you on any items on which you have a particular interest or concern so please send me an email or give me a call.

Also, committees and commissions have an opportunity at the beginning of each agenda for Public Comment on items not on the agenda.  If you have something you want to share with a committee or commission, you can use the Public Comment time to do so.

Langdon Streetscape Improvements

The City of Madison is planning to complete improvements to the Langdon Streetscape in 2015 from N. Henry to N. Carroll.  The proposed project will include replacement and installation of pedestrian street lighting and replacement of the terrace surface.  This project will also include assessments to adjacent property owners.  This meeting will be held to provide information and to obtain neighborhood input on the project and to answer questions.
