The Harmony Apartments' community coordinators are doing their second annual school supplies drive for the elementary age kids at The Harmony. At this link is the list of their supply needs, which allows one to sign up for what they would like to donate.

If you are unable to use the link, or have any questions, please contact Harmony Apartments' community coordinator Corrin Lackey at 608-228-7876.

The City of Madison wants to know what you think about the streets you use everyday: how they are designed, who they serve, how they are used, and how to make them safer.

Take this quick survey to let them know. Your ideas will help shape future street projects.

Thursday: Madison Night Market

Madison Night Market logo

The Madison Night Market returns this Thursday, August 19 from 4 – 9pm.

The 5th Annual Madison Night Market will showcase handmade products, local art, artisan gifts, prepackaged foods and fresh produce. The event includes live music, food carts and pop-up restaurant experiences.

The newly-expanded market includes all six blocks of State Street and a small portion of Gilman Street. This expansion allows for vendors to have more space between them and for businesses along State Street to join in on the fun.

Madison Night Market will be held the third Thursday of August through December, with a special market on Friday, October 22 to be held in partnership with Science on the Square.

The Market is presented by the Madison Central Business Improvement District (BID) in partnership with the City of Madison.
