Thursday: Neighborhood virtual meeting on multifamily proposal for 4605 Sprecher Road

A reminder that tomorrow, Thursday, December 16, there will be an informational neighborhood virtual meeting about a market-rate multifamily development proposed by Ross and Leah Rikkers for 4605 Sprecher Road, which is the southwest corner of Sprecher Road and Milwaukee Street.

City Planning and the development team will present and answer questions. Traffic Engineering will also be in attendance to answer questions.
