Transit-Oriented Development Overlay Districts: why I support including historic districts

The Common Council will be taking up the Transit-Oriented Development Overlay District on Tuesday. This is more than just changes to zoning in historic districts, but is a larger package of reforms that will encourage more people and activity at places accessible via mass transit.Category: General Update
