Vote on or before April 4 - binding referendum on Alder terms, events and announcements
posted
Hello neighbors,
I have been getting lots of questions from folks about the referendum on the ballot regarding Alder terms. The sponsoring Alder, Alder Paulsen, and our City Attorney spoke to WORT FM about this change, and provided an excellent explanation. This referendum is binding, so please do investigate it fully prior to voting!
And, speaking of voting, in person absentee voting begins Tuesday, March 21. If you requested an absentee ballot by mail, that should arrive to you this week, if it has not already. You are also invited to vote at your local polling place on Election Day, which is Tuesday, April 4. Sample ballots are available.
