Neighborhood Meeting

    Atwood Avenue will be completely closed between Fair Oaks Avenue and Oakridge Avenue/Sugar Avenue for the final phase of street reconstruction starting Monday, July 31. The full closure is expected to last approximately one month.

  • Neighborhood Meeting Mon 6/12 @ 6:30p RE The Atwood request for rear patio posted June 7, 2023

    The Atwood, 2116 Atwood Avenue, has applied for a Change of Premise to allow them to have outdoor seating for 20. The outdoor seating would consist of four tables with five seats at each table, four 10’x10’ shade tents at times, and a perimeter fence.

    Willow Partners proposes to redevelop the properties at 702-734 E. Washington Avenue. All existing buildings would be removed, and a new, 14-story, mixed-use building would be constructed.
