Sustainable Madison Committee: The Sustainable Madison Committee meeting will take place on Monday, May 22, 2023 in virtual format at 4:30 PM. Agenda items include a presentation by RENEW Wisconsin on the proposed utility rate cases from Madison Gas and Electric
On Monday, a video of an UW-Madison student engaging in racist language targeting Black students on campus became public and went viral. We recognize the trauma caused by such statements and strongly condemn the harmful sentiments expressed in the video.
The 2023 Spring Election will take place on Tuesday, April 4. With three weeks left until the General Election, several offices and referenda will be on the ballot, including but not limited to the race for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice, Madison Alder Districts, and the vote for Madison Mayor.
