recommend an approach to the use if videos obtained from the cameras by the Madison
Police Department and other law enforcement agencies, Poulson/Golden: no action
taken; Amendment that would add "Video cameras will only be used when school
children are on the school bus routes, Konkel/Golden: no action taken; Adopt
Substitute with the following amendment (which replaces Ald. Konkel's & Ald.
Poulson's amendments): Finally Be it Resolved that camera purchase and use shall be
subject to approval of a report on their use by the Transit and Parking Commission
