As part of a broader strategy to mitigate conditions that contribute to youth violence, the City is again investing $420,000 of federal funding it received through the State and Local Recovery Funds component of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) into youth violence prevention-focused summer programming. Funding will be used to support youth violence prevention strategies approved by the Mayor’s Office for summer 2023.
