Triangle Monona Bay Neighborhood Plan

The Planning Division worked with a City-appointed Steering Committee, area residents, service providers, property owners and other stakeholders to create the Draft Triangle Monona Bay Neighborhood Plan. The plan lays out the future for a strong and complete neighborhood. The focus is on where people will live, work, shop and play as the area evolves, and how they will get around. The plan builds upon recommendations of the Greening Americas Capitals Report, Comprehensive Plan and other relevant City plans.

The Common Council adopted the Draft Triangle Monona Bay Neighborhood Plan as a supplement to the City's Comprehensive Plan on July 2, 2019. City staff will finalize the draft with conditions approved by the Common Council, publish the adopted plan, and post it to this webpage later in the summer.
