Community Prevalent Disease Policy
Community Prevalent Disease (CPD) is a disease that has spread throughout the community and cannot be traced to a particular person or group of persons.
The CPD Policy is enacted when the following occurs:
- A State of Emergency is declared by either:
- President or designee
- Governor or designee
- Public Health of Madison and Dane County
- The Mayor approves the use of this policy
