Thank you to all employees who completed the City of Madison Employee Voice Survey. This is very important to making sure we are the best possible organization and that we are working to become Our Madison – Inclusive, Innovative, and Thriving. We know that our employees are the backbone of a strong community and will be taking actions based on your survey feedback.

As of now, we had a return rate with over 60% of our employees responding. We will have an exact return rate after the National Employee Survey receives and compiles all of the paper surveys that were sent in.

Once the National Employee Survey compiles all of the paper surveys, they will begin to analyze the data and deliver results to the Performance Excellence Leadership Team in January 2019. As a reminder, the data will only be delivered in a way that ensures the confidentiality of individual responses.
