2020 Workplace Climate Survey
The Multicultural Affairs Committee (MAC) and the Women’s Initiatives Committee (WIC) collaborated on an employee climate survey conducted in June of 2019. The purpose of the survey was to take a snapshot of the current workplace climate, inform the work of our committees, and the City’s priorities. Data collected specifically centered around the themes of workplace safety and respect, as well as employee development.
