Details

MPD Special Event Team (SET) officers spotted a man tucking a loaded handgun in the back of his pants last night. Kyle C. Quade, age 28, Janesville, WI, told officers he was on the way to the State Street protests and was bringing his .45 caliber weapon for protection. Quade is a convicted felon and was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm and a parole violation.
