An East Bluff condo owner called 911 Tuesday afternoon after hearing a loud crash, seeing her neighbor's dog running loose, and then a man running from the area carrying a bag. MPD found the burglar was running from a nearby condo where an intruder broke a front window to gain access, and then fled out the front door. The victim, who was not home at the time of the crime, told an officer that cash was missing from her residence.
