The vehicle was recovered this morning at approximately 10:15 am on the 700 block of S. Gammon Road. The laptop and purse were located inside the vehicle. There's no suspect information at this time.

Details

Officers were dispatched to a residential burglary in the 7100 block of Countrywood Ln. Victim reports that the suspect(s) entered the home and stole a purse, laptop and keys to a vehicle, and then stole the vehicle. One of two vehicles parked outside the residence was left unlocked and the suspect(s) gained entry to the home via a garage door opener that was in the unlocked vehicle. Homeowner was awakened by a pet dog barking and discovered the burglary.
