Details

On October 25th, witnesses call police reference a vehicle which had two individuals, a female and male, in the driver and passenger seats, who appeared to have overdosed. The female subject (driver) was determined to be impaired by officers and Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were completed. Tentative charges include Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired, 1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Methamphetamine, and possession of Schedule I narcotic. The male subject was transported to the hospital, medically cleared, and then transported to the Dane County Jail for subsequent charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule I or II narcotics, possession of THC, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Felony bail jumping, and attempted battery to LE.
