"The Antidote" is the newest addition to the Judgment Under the Radar series. This course was created by police officers working in collaboration with community members and civilians working with partnering organizations. "The Antidote" will cover: the historical contexts of the African-American experience with policing institutions, the current state of affairs in America's justice system, institutional and legal biases, and progressive new justice models such as restorative justice. Attendees will benefit from our trainers' collective and diverse experiences, and will walk away with an enhanced understanding of unconscious bias and how it shapes our professional lives.
