The Supervisor Development Program (SDP) is an in-depth program designed for supervisors at all levels within the City of Madison. Employees who participate in the SDP program will acquire a greater understanding of management knowledge, skills, and abilities to enable them to be successful in meeting the City mission, vision, values, and service promise within their current roles. Facilitators for the program will include Organizational Development experts and City leaders as well as local professionals with expertise in certain disciplines related to the public sector environment.
