This is a five day program for individuals who must influence the work of others, particularly those who are either assigned or must assume the responsibility of directing and leading the work of others, without being given any formal position authority. These workshops are designed to help you discover your leadership potential, to provide tools to help you positively influence people in the workplace and to provide foundational knowledge for anyone considering the move to supervision.
