This course is intended for Officers new to SWAT operations or uniformed officers interested in advancing their tactical skills. Students will receive classroom instruction and practical applications through scenario based learning. Topics covered will be: breaching, live fire for pistol/rifle, containment, search warrant service, barricaded subjects, hostage rescue, room entries and clearing techniques. Final day of training will include completing 4 force on force tactical scenarios.
