Some Youth Passes this school year will be Metro’s
myrapid pass smartcards.

This means that you will use the cards on the fareboxes a little differently than you may be used to.

Do NOT punch holes into these cards. This will ruin your card.


It’s easy to use:

1. Simply place your bus pass on the smartcard reader at the top of the farebox. Do not swipe your pass.
2. Wait for the green light.
3. And board!
