- Show proof of eligibility for half-price fare
- If you've already set up your smart card with a half-price fare, email mymetrobus@cityofmadison.com to add that to your app account.
- Trade in old fare items
Other Ways to Get a Card
- Email mymetrobus@cityofmadison.com and receive one through the mail. Make sure to include your address and allow 6 to 8 days for delivery.
- Pick up at Metro Transit's administration office. (1245 E. Washington Ave., Ste. 201). We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30a to 4:30p
- Pick up at any Madison Public Library location. Ask front desk staff.
- Visit us at a Metro Fast Fare event!
