Neighborhood meeting about a proposed hotel in the Old Executive Residence (aka Knapp House) at 130 E. Gilman

Please join us for a neighborhood meeting where we will hear about Bob Klebba and David Waugh’s proposal for 130 E. Gilman Street.  This is for a new use for the Old Executive Residence (aka Knapp House). The proposal includes using the property as a hotel with 8 guest rooms and as a space for weddings and other events.  An inn-keeper would be lodged on site. A small café is also being considered.  These uses would require a rezoning from DR1 to a zoning category yet to be determined that would allow the proposed uses. Parking for 10 cars and for about 10 bicycles would be provided on site.
