Monthly Parking Rates:

Note: A City of Madison home address is required to qualify as a resident, a work address in the city does not qualify a person for the resident rate.
HOW TO OBTAIN A MONTHLY PERMIT
To obtain a monthly parking permit, contact the City Parking Utility Office at 608-267-8752 or email@example.com to schedule a time to complete and sign the agreement form, make the first month’s payment, and pick up your access card or permit.
All monthly permit agreements must be completed in person at the Parking Utility Office located in room 100 of the Madison Municipal Building at 215 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Madison, WI 53701. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30am – 4:15pm.
Please contact our office within 10 days of the date on which you wish to start parking; permits will not be held for parkers who wish to start at a later date. Permits can typically be issued on the same day that you contact our office.
Monthly parking permits require a minimum of a 30 day agreement and a written cancellation notice to the Parking Utility at least 30 days in advance of the date you wish to discontinue participation in the monthly parking program. Written notice may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All cards and hangtags must be returned within 15 business days of termination.
A monthly parking permit guarantees parking availability for you in the garage or lot, but there are no assigned parking stalls. Permit holders should park in any legal stall in the lot or garage.
Monthly parking permits are valid in most facilities from 4:00am – 10:00pm, Monday through Friday. The Parking Utility also offers 24/7 premium permits which allow parkers unlimited access to a chosen parking garage. Premium 24/7 permit holders may also remain parked in a chosen parking garage longer than 48 hours.
The resident rate is available only to people who live in the City of Madison or carpool (see carpool eligibility). A City of Madison home address is required to qualify as a resident, a work address in the city does not qualify a person for the resident rate. The non-resident rate applies to businesses and non-city residents.
Payment for the first month must be made in person at our office listed below:

Are to be made by the last business day of each month and can be processed several ways.
1. In person at the office listed above. We accept Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard)
2. You can mail the payments to the address listed above. Please make sure that you allow enough time for the payment to arrive prior to the due date.
3. Individual parkers may setup Auto Pay Credit Card Transactions by submitting the Credit Card Authorization Form (pdf). This will allow your payment to be made automatically at the end of each month.
