Parks staff also met with representatives of One City Learning on January 17th and reviewed potential playground equipment options with their students.

The second neighborhood meeting was held in late February to discuss the results of staff outreach efforts and review specific equipment proposals for Penn Park. The final equipment selection was confirmed with meeting attendees.

Construction is anticipated to begin in August with project completion in October 2019. If you have questions or comments but are unable to attend the upcoming meetings, please contact Mike Sturm at (608) 267-4921 or at msturm@cityofmadison.com.
