Sheri L. LaBelle Coleman, 48-year-old female of Madison, WI
CHARGES: Operating While Intoxicated and Operating After Suspension

Madison Police responded to the intersection of Hob Street and Spaanem Avenue, reference a woman passed out in a vehicle with hazard lights activated.  Sheri LaBelle Coleman was contacted and stated she did not need any medical attention, even though she was leaning over in an odd way when contacted.  The officer requested her driver's license and she produced a lighter.  The officers could smell a strong odor of intoxicants, and could see liter bottles of Mr. Boston Vodka on the seat of the vehicle.

LaBelle Coleman did not deny having consumed alcohol on this date, but when asked if she was willing to do any field sobriety test, her response was "Nope, I'm drunk".  Police noted her difficulty walking when she was taken into custody, and a preliminary breath test of .310 was also another notable detail.  LaBelle didn't immediately remember her driver's license was suspended until the officer reminded her of that status, connected to a similar alcohol related driving call just one month prior.  LaBelle Coleman was taken to The Dane County Jail.
