Details

A 50-year old Monroe St. man was outside his home Friday afternoon when a strange-acting person approached on the sidewalk. The passerby swatted at a potted plant on the victim's porch step and grabbed at the victim's front door. The victim asked the stranger what he was doing, and the two got into a struggle. During the scuffle, the stranger bit the victim's finger, breaking the skin. He then ran toward Crandall St.
