Male, age 36, Madison


 A 36-year-old Madison man told police a knife was placed to his throat as he was robbed of his money yesterday afternoon. The victim said the mugging took place on Williamson St., near the intersection with S. Few St. He recognized the suspect as someone he had seen around, but only knew him by a street name. The suspect also took the victim's apartment keys. It was later determined that the victim's apartment had been ransacked and burglarized. The victim believes the suspect did know where he lives. Central District detectives are working to positively identify and arrest a suspect.
