Female, age 15, Madison
Teen was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent.

MPD K9 Falko tracked down a teenager Wednesday afternoon after she crashed a stolen car. The 15-year-old was taken to the Juvenile Reception Center on a tentative charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent. The car went missing from a downtown parking ramp Tuesday afternoon. Yesterday, witnesses called police after it rolled backwards in a parking lot located in the 9300 block of Old Sauk Rd. It went partially over a rock embankment and stopped precariously, balancing on its undercarriage, with front wheels lifted off blacktop, and the rear of the 2013 Chrysler 200 hanging over a 12-foot drop. Passersby saw the driver take off. K9 Falko arrived and followed her scent, locating the teen hiding behind a building in the 600 block of Bear Claw Way.
