DetailsA Madison woman suffered chipped teeth and a fat lip after being struck in the mouth with a flying juice bottle following a Tuesday evening road rage incident on E. Washington Ave. The victim was a passenger in a car. She said a motorist was tailgating and honking his horn, so she decided to flip him off. The motorist then drove alongside the car she was in and hurled the bottle. She sought treatment at a hospital. The other driver is described as a male, black, 30's to 40's, dark complexion, short hair, driving a baby blue car – possibly a 2010-2013 Toyota Corolla.
