Martin was arrested for attempted armed robbery, disorderly conduct while armed and bail jumping.

Officers were called to an underground parking garage in the 200 block of Wisconsin Ave. last night following an attempted armed robbery. A 64-year-old man reported that an acquaintance, someone he knows from the streets, pointed a knife at him while ordering the victim to empty his pockets. The victim, who is homeless, told the suspect his pockets were already empty. The suspect left, and the victim went to a nearby hotel to report the crime. A staff member called for police. Officers found the suspect walking in the area. He was arrested and his folding knife was tagged for evidence.
