Yard Waste & Leaves Collection Ending Soon
Residents have just one scheduled set-out date left for 2022
The fall yard waste and leaf collection is ending soon.
All City of Madison residents have one final opportunity to get their yard waste and leaves out to the curb for their Streets Division collection.
The date of the final set-out will vary by neighborhood.
You can get the set-out dates for your home by visiting www.cityofmadison.com/YardWaste.
Enter your address into the form and be sure your set your yard waste out on the date provided on the website. Also on the yard waste website, you can learn how to set your leaves and yard waste out for collection.
Once the final yard waste pickup for your neighborhood occurs, crews will not provide curbside yard waste pick up again until the spring of 2023.
Residents can also use the Streets Division drop-off sites.
The hours and locations are different this year, so please check the Streets Division website prior to loading your vehicle so you know where to go.
Please note that winter hours for the drop-off sites will begin at the end of November.
The Olin Avenue drop-off site will close for the remainder of the year on November 27, 2022. Also, South Point and Sycamore will begin winter hours starting at close of business on Friday, December 2, 2022.
