This is a free public seminar for people with arthritis and people who care about them.  It is coordinated by the US Bone & Joint Initiative (USBJI) It will cover what YOU can do to manage your arthritis: Practical stratetegies to take control of arthritis with updates on a) The role of the patient in disease management and b) The role of nutrition and exercise in disease management. A question and answer breakout session will provide clinical and research answers on rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and juvenile arthritis. Your presenter will be Dr. Ryan DeRose.
