12/07/2018 Madison Water Utility plans more PFAS testing in 2019
Madison Water Utility will be ramping up testing at a well on East Washington Ave. after finding trace levels of compounds known as PFAS (per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in the well’s water.

11/30/2018 Curbside Sandbag Collection Complete
City of Madison Streets Division and Engineering crews have completed collecting sandbags that were placed out for pickup prior to the November 25 deadline. Curbside sandbag collection for 2018 is now over.

Residents should not place additional sandbags to the curb for pickup at this time. The deadline to place sandbags to the curb for pickup was November 25.
