Camp Randall High Density Vending

There are a total of twenty sites at this venue on City of Madison property outside the football stadium. There are six sites for Camp Randall High Density Food Vendors (on-site food preparation) and fourteen for Camp Randall High Density Goods Vendors (dry goods and pre-packaged foods).

General Guidelines

  1. Site Assignment by Seniority: Site assignments are by current consecutive chronological seniority based on the date licensed.
  2. Applications: Application materials will be emailed late every June to all included on the email distribution list.
  3. New Applicant Waiting List: A waiting list for new applicants is based on the date the Camp Randall High Density Vending application was received by the Street Vending Coordinator.

The application for this license can be completed on the City of Madison Licenses & Permits portal.
  • If you do not have one already, you must create an account on the Licenses & Permits portal to fill out the application.
    Please note that you must obtain a City of Madison Street Vendor License before you can apply for the High Density License.
  • Once you login to your account go to the Licenses/Registrations section, select Apply for a License/Registration and then choose Vending - High Density
