Jessica Wolf

Hello, I am Officer Wolf and I am currently the South District Neighborhood Resource Officer. I have been on the Madison Police Department for 6 years. As the Neighborhood Resource Officer, it is my mission to make positive changes in the neighborhood using community policing. My goal is to establish impactful and meaningful relationships with the people that live and work on the Southside. On my free time I enjoy walking my two poodles George (white) and Eula (black and silver). I also have backyard chickens that Eula loves to chase around the yard.
I look forward to seeing you in the neighborhood, I can be contacted at (608)720-9049 and jwolf@cityofmadison.com

Jesse Davila

Jesse Davila

Hello, my name is Jesse Davila and I am the Bram’s Addition Neighborhood Officer in the South District. I have been a police officer in Madison since 2022. Prior to being with MPD, I worked as a police officer in a nearby agency for 6 years. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from UW - Milwaukee. My favorite part about being a police officer is having the opportunity to connect with the community I serve. I grew up in San Diego, California, in a neighborhood similar to Bram’s Addition, and I am thankful for the opportunity to serve this neighborhood and make a positive impact.

During my time off, I enjoy sports- both watching and playing. I play in a sand volleyball league during the summer, and I go to a lot of Milwaukee Brewer games. I also enjoy spending time with my two rescued Pitbull pups, Leo and Macy. Here is a picture of them!
