| Neighborhood Description: | This hidden gem is located on Old Sauk Rd between Gammon Road on the east and High Point Road on the West. To say the least it is an amazing west side location within walking distance to many shops, the Alicia Ashman library, clinics, schools and of course West Towne Mall. Being built in the mid 1980's it has a very strong association. The condos are large, most over 1200 sq ft. Most condo units have two bedrooms but there are few rare three bedroom units. Surrounded by green space, this park-like environment is sure to please everyone. Amenities include a pool, and walking/bike path. |
